British Gas are the leading home services and energy provider in Great Britain.

They recognise that there are moments during the 'customer journey' which are key to fostering good relations. One such stage is the initial Safety and Maintenance Inspection customers receive when they sign up to a HomeCare Agreement. The British Gas iKyp offered a way to enhance this 'welcome' moment. The inspection aims to leave the customer feeling confident in the quality of the service by providing expert help and advice. The iKyp ensures that this reassurance remains long after the inspection.

A special feature of this iKyp is the addition of a built-in magnet, allowing the iKyp to be kept on hand on a customer's boiler of fridge.
