Shell Downstream is a division of Royal Dutch Shell plc, which operates the Group's manufacturing, distribution and marketing activities for oil products and chemicals. Following an international 'Safety Week', they needed a communications solution which would reinforce the important lessons that had been learnt and encourage their adoption in the workplace.

The 'Shell Safety Week 2006 Follow-up' iKyp met the challenge. It provided a digestible summary of the key elements in Shell's Health and Safety culture programme which was presented in an interactive format, ensuring recipients engaged with the serious safety messages it contained.

The iKyps were cascaded to Shell Downstream employees across more than 100 different countries and in ten different languages a couple of months after the completion of Safety Week.

"Kyp Systems has developed a unique tool to summarise all of the key points of Safety Week in a fun and interactive way. Employees will then be able to hold onto their iKyps and refer back to them time and time again."
