Kyp Systems teams up with OgilvyAction China
Kyp Systems and OgilvyAction China have announced that they have entered into a commercial arrangement to market and sell the iKyp to the world’s most populous country.
Kyp Systems are creators and exclusive producers of the iKyp - a patented, interactive communications tool designed to improve marketing ROI through higher customer retention and response.
Just two years from launching, Kyp Systems has already created iKyps for many blue chip clients from its UK offices. 2007 has also seen successful expansion into the US, with the opening of offices in New York and Philadelphia.
The company was convinced that the Chinese market would be highly receptive to the iKyp’s unique brand of interactive marketing after an iKyp-based campaign produced an impressive 11 per cent redemption rate for Café De Coral, Hong Kong’s largest Chinese fast food restaurant chain.
OgilvyAction China is the brand activation arm of the Ogilvy Group in China. The business which represents brands such as Unilever, Motorola and Kraft recognised massive potential in the iKyp as a new and creative way for consumers and businesses to interact with brands.
Barry Leung, President of OgilvyAction China said: "The iKyp complements our portfolio of Last Mile™ offerings to our clients. Not only does it get the consumer interacting with the brand, it is a great selling tool as well."
Nicholas Miller, CEO at Kyp Systems, commented: "The success of last year’s iKyp project in Hong Kong has demonstrated that its ability to promote brands and engage with consumers crosses cultural boundaries. The iKyp will provide an innovative new tool for Chinese marketers.
"Partnering with a prestigious organisation such as OgilvyAction provides Kyp Systems with a unique access point to this potentially vast market."
