Thames Water utilise iKyp in water-saving marketing drive

Thames Water has enlisted the help of Kyp Systems, creators of the patented paper-based communication tool the iKyp, to create a highly informative, interactive marketing device to promote water-saving techniques. The iKyp comprises of information wheels and pull out sections full of handy tips for saving water.

The iKyp also acts as a self-contained mailing solution, featuring an addressed customer feedback questionnaire, which can be torn off and sent back to Thames Water.

Handed out by marketing teams throughout the Thames area as well as at various events, recipients will be encouraged to interact with the key messages of the campaign.

Lynn Launchbury, Water Efficiency Campaign Manager for Thames Water, explained “We needed a marketing medium which was going to connect with the general public and make a real impact. The iKyp was an ideal solution, due to the vast amount of information it carries in a compact format. The pull out sections and information wheels make it intriguing to receive and less likely to be thrown away. We look forward to measuring the success of the campaign.”
